Is iad na hOileáin atá i gceist ná Oileán Chliara, Inis Toirc, An tOileán Mór, Oileán Faoide, Oileán Baoi, Inis Arcáin, Inis Uí Dhrisceoil, an tOileán Fada agus Inis Bó Finne. Is é an obair atá i gceist ná idirchaidrimh leis an Roinn nuair is gá, tuairiscí ráithiúla a chur ar fáil, agus a chinntiú go bhfuil pleananna forbartha bliantúil curtha ar fáil don Roinn.
Administration on Core Funding for the Community Development Offices
The Core Funding for the Community Development Offices in the regions of Mayo, Cork and Inishbofin in Galway is also administered through the offices of Comhar na nOileán. The Islands involved are Clare Island, Inishturk, Bere Island, Whiddy, Dursey, Sherkin, Heir, Long Island and Inishbofin. This involves liaising with the Department of Rural and Community Development when necessary and ensuring quarterly returns are submitted as well as overseeing submission of development plans and annual plans to the Department.
