An Clár Ghíomhachtúcháin Pobail & Cuimsiú Sóisialta (SICAP)
Tá an Clár Gníomhachtúcháin Pobail agus Cuimsiú Sóisialta (SICAP) 2015 – 2017 maoinithe ag Rialtas na hÉireann agus cómhaoinithe ag Ciste Sóisialta na hEorpa agus le dáileadh speisialta ón Tionscnamh Fostaíochta don Aos Óg.
Is é mór-chuspóir an chláir seo ná an bochtanas a mhaolú, cuimsiú sóisialta agus comhionannas a chothú trí ghníomhaíochtaí agus comhoibriú áitiúil, réigiúnach agus náisiúnta.
Tá Comhar na nOileán CTR i gcomhpháirtíocht le West Cork LCDC & Comhairle Contae Chorcaí chun an clár seo a sheachadadh ar Oileáin Chorcaí.
• Déanfar é seo tré thacaíochtaí a chur ar fáil do ghrúpaí pobail atá ag iarradh a gcuid modhanna imeachta a fheabhsú agus a chur in oiriúint don sochaí le uas-bhuntáiste a bhaint as na deiseanna atá ann agus
• Tacaíochtaí a chur ar fáil do dhaoine aonarach chun a ndeiseanna forbartha pearsanta a fheabhsú agus cur lena gcaighdeáin saoil.
The Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) 2015-2017 is funded by the Irish Government and co-funded by the European Social Fund and includes a special allocation under the Youth Employment Initiative.
The aim of the programme is to reduce poverty, promote social inclusion and equality through local, regional and national collaboration and engagement.
Comhar na nOileán CTR is in partnership with West Cork LCDC & Cork County Council to deliver this programme on the Cork Islands.
• We will do this though providing supports to community groups to improve their policies and procedures so that they are in a better position to take full advantage of opportunities for development and full participation in society and
• Providing supports to individuals to improve their personal development and thereby improve their standards of life and opportunity.
